PAYMENT OPTIONS

Here at Basil Bags Australia, we like to make ordering as convenient as possible. Therefore, we offer three different types of payment: Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay. All are simple, secure and instant. If you are having any issues with checking out, please see the above “Support Local” section, or get in touch via email or live chat.

Refunds are processed within three working days of approval, to the same account as the original order payment. Please allow up to five days for the funds to appear in your account due to processing from your financial institution. Refunds where Afterpay was used as the payment method are also processed by us, although the funds are returned by Afterpay, so timing may vary.
